The Assistant Provincial Grand Master, Worshipful Brother Brett Varker, lead a team of Officers recently to the Installation meeting of the Fortescue Mark Lodge 9 in South Molton. He was accompanied on this occasion by Worshipful Brother Paul Howard-Baker, Grand Senior Deacon, and Worshipful Brother Dennis Challis, Grand Steward. Also joining him on this occasion, were both Provincial Wardens, namely Worshipful Brothers Garry Kitchen and Julian Turner, the Senior and Junior Wardens respectively, along with Worshipful Brother Dr Alan Howlett, the Provincial Junior Overseer.

The highlight of the meeting was to see Worshipful Brother Peter Kyle, being installed as the new Worshipful Master, which was undertaken in an excellent fashion by the installing Master, Worshipful Brother Ian Puttock.

The second recent visit was to the Lodge of the West Gate 1180, where Worshipful Brother Brett Varker, again joined by the Grand Senior Deacon, Worshipful Brother Paul Howard-Baker, were present to witness the proclamation of Worshipful Brother Michael O'Meara as Worshipful Master for a second year. Joining the Assistant Provincial Grand Master on this visit was the Provincial Junior Warden, Worshipful Brother Julian Turner, together with Worshipful Brothers David Richards and Dr Alan Howlett, the Provincial Senior and Junior Overseers.
