Worshipful Brother Richard Thomas, the Worshipful Master of the Sir Francis Drake Mark Lodge 617 welcomed their newest member recently. Brother Matthew Summers was advanced in a first-class ceremony, undertaken by the Master and his team. Members of the Devon Mark Support Team were also on hand to assist him, and on this occasion, they were in the persons of Worshipful Brother Garry Kitchen, the Provincial Grand Senior Warden acting as Senior Warden, and Worshipful Brother Bill Philip, P.G.Std.B,, acting as the Senior Overseer.

A wonderful evening was had by all.
