The Provincial Grand Master, Right Worshipful Brother David Charles Purdie, was pleased to see the success of the recent “Grand Day Out” that had been organised to coincide with the Provincial Grand Lodge meeting. It was designed to encourage brethren to make a nice weekend whilst wives or partners enjoyed a day out whilst then men were enjoying themselves at the meeting.

The trip was organised by our Deputy Provincial Grand Master, Worshipful Brother Brett Varker and Worshipful Brother John Hipwell, the Provincial Deputy Grand Secretary.

On the day these organisational duties were taken on by their wives, Angela and Sally, who did a superb job of corralling the guests onto the coach and co-ordinating then day.
