The Deputy Provincial Grand Master, Very Worshipful Brother John P. Clendinning, was accompanied by the Provincial Secretary, Worshipful Brother Christopher Elliott, together with an array of Grand and Provincial Officers, present and Past to support the St Johns Lodge of Mark Master Masons 1029 in Torquay.

The proclamation ceremony was undertaken and Worshipful Brother Leonard Varnham was proclaimed as Worshipful Master for another year.

A great evening was had by all present.
