This lively event held on Wednesday 30th October, hosted by Devon Mark Masons at Exeter Freemasons Hall, was organised and opened by Worshipful Brother Dennis Challis, the Provincial Grand Almoner.

 

The 22 Mark Masons attending along with 9 brethren from other orders, had a presentation from Brother Dr Leo Clarke on Prostate Cancer. This meeting was greatly helped along by Worshipful Brother's Dennis Challis, Peter Brewer and Major James Ferguson MBE.

 

All brethren made short work of the pasties and pints provided at the interval, in the true traditions of our friendly order.

 

Supported by Right Worshipful Brother David C. Purdie, the Provincial Grand Master, this meeting aimed to increase awareness of prostate related problems in men, and update them on screening and new research.
