The Deputy Provincial Grand Master, Very Worshipful Brother John P. Clendinning, was recently at the North Devon Union Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners to witness an excellent ceremony undertaken by Worshipful Brother Robin Hagley, who installed his successor Worshipful Brother Phillip Sanders with due reverence.
