Right Worshipful Brother David Purdie, the Provincial Grand Master was joined by many brethren from the province of Devonshire, who braved the flood waters and sailed up to the Royal Ark Mariner Grand Assembly to celebrate the appointments of those receiving the honours of Royal Ark Mariner Grand Rank.
The temple was filled with Brethren from not only the UK, but also from Estonia, Canada and Asia, and we were able to witness the 1860 ritual, where the Head of the Royal Ark Mariners was saluted with 11 as Mark Master Masons.
It was a delight to be able to support our own brethren who were receiving their honours from the Grand Master himself. Our congratulations go to :

Following the meeting, the brethren retired to the Grand Connaught Rooms for wonderful meal, with great company, fun and laughter that goes with our fine order, before finding their weary way home to the province.
