Worshipful Brother Brett Varker, the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, joined the brethren of the St Nicholas Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners 540 recently for their installation meeting in Ilfracombe. He was accompanied by Worshipful Brother Robert Palmer, Prov. R.A.M.G.R., the Provincial Grand Secretary, and Worshipful Brother Roger Farrow, R.A.M.G.R., the Provincial Deputy Grand Director of Ceremonies.

The main event of the evening was to witness Worshipful Brother Roy Almond install his successor, Worshipful Brother Michael O’Meara, as Worshipful Commander. The ceremony was undertaken in fine form and with the reverence enjoyed within this wonderful degree.
